Aamir Khan goes brawny for Ghajini remake



Aamir Khan has been working out to lose flab and develop brawns for his role in the Hindi remake of Ghajini.

Just six months back, Aamir weighed close to 80 kgs. Since he has a short height, the bulge gave him a stout appearance. But ever since he consented to act in A R Murugadoss’s Hindi remake of Tamil hit Ghajini , Aamir has been working regularly on his physique.
The actor has hired a personal trainer Satyajit Desai to guide him in workouts in gym. Aamir is also taking advice of a nutritionist to plan out his diet regimen.

In fact, so religiously has Aamir been about his workouts that he has lost as much as 11 kg in last few months (exercising at least an hour everyday). Now he weighs around 68 kg. Apart from losing weight Aamir has also developed a muscular body to complement his role in the ‘Ghajini’ remake.

Aamir is presently in Namibia to shoot a couple of songs for the film. The songs will be shot in jungles. A R Rahman is the composer.

Aamir’s gym instructor went to Namibia with him. He is setting a makeshift gym at Aamir’s hotel there.

‘Ghajini’ has two heroines opposite Aamir – south actress Asin and Jiah Khan .
